Jeff from france

So...
Jeff from France is disregarding archeological evidence, anthropological evidence, geological evidence, sound logicical theology derived from the scriptures to have a theology that makes God smaller, Satan more powerful, and time is something that God has to work around.

Yeah...

Just can't buy it.
I'm ok with banning him if you are John. He isn't here to learn or be part of our community in a productive way. As you know, we don't ban members unless both of us agree. Feel free to pull the trigger if your in agreement with banning him.

His ideas do not match the statement of faith, but they Are legitimate questions or ideas.
It might be good to discuss this with this new poster.

That in itself I don't have a problem with. However, not sure if he is meaning to be like this, but he is coming a crossed as rude to people he doesn't agree with and that's the part that I have a huge issue with.

Logic and reasoning has its place, but when one tries to bring in new ideas to that which has been established by God before the foundation of the world brings in new concepts and self contradictions.

It tries to bring in new beliefs and idealism as one tries to reason with logic of a conflicted mind that holds truths in part, but yet ignores that truths to defend the logic and reasoning method of the carnal mind.

@1onOne can not simply explain his logic and reasoning new concepts as he is all over the place with his thinking as he is not firm in any presentation he gives. God's word is the same yesterday, today and forever, but there are always those who try to being a new concept of logic and reasoning to the word of God mainly because they have no Spiritual insight given them by the Holy Spirit.

I may be wrong, but after reading through all he has presented here goes completely against the truths of what God has already spoken as there is no fruit to be found in him.

I do wonder..why he is here and what his motives really are. I do know that he does bring confusion into the mix of what he is saying. Seems to me that alone is enough to be concerned of what effect he is having on others here. My guess is that he goes from forum to forum with the shock and attack method used here, a very intelligent troll, but nonetheless a troll all the same. Yes, very rude, sometimes insulting, and not charitable. Frankly, my guess is that he is mainly trying to stir up reactions rather than actually seeking anything else. Argumentative but not open to change himself. You and others here have taken time with him and giving him attention beyond what he likely is accustomed to receiving and I certainly commend you for doing so. That alone should speak to him. But there are many here in various stages on their Christian journeys and new comers arriving regularly. My take is that for the common good of all...it's time to protect them from further confusion and attack. Prayerfully submitting this, but whatever you administrators decide I will support. Thanks for including us in the conversation.

This guy, like many others, invents a "gospel message" that fits more with their lifestyle so somehow they too can be a part of the "good guy club" AKA Christians.
Then he comes to test it out on the forums and hone his pet theories.

But most of these have standard practiced lines of operating.
  1. The church in ancient past lied to everyone.
  2. The Bible is wrong
  3. God is less than we believe
  4. Satan is more powerful than we think.
  5. "Secret knowledge" that they alone have is the truth.

Yes, all of the above! Thanks for clarifying. Makes a lot of sense especially #5.

Hold on here for a second! Number four is true! However,.. nothing on earth (or in Hell) is more powerful than the Almighty God as good always triumphs over evil! :woot
