Journalism and lying weakness and problem

Journalism, media coverage - such stuff.
We all know how things are falsified these days:

Hunger kills 30 last month
Journalists: 3 people died of hunger

President YOU embraces his female secretary - a demonstration of compliments.
Journalists: President YOU's sexual affairs with his secretary

Vice President: I'm doing well for this country.
Journalist: Vice President's conspiracy therory: the President is weak

President: peace and not war
Journalist: The president has agreed he's a coward.

We know all!
So, how can a Christian survive here without having to occasionally lie or falsify information? There must be slick measures.
Even if you want to remain honest your boss would want you to write exactly what he wants you to write.

A Christian lost a position to an unbeliever! Why? He won't lie!

A sister told me: they lie alot. They steal money and hide the truth. I will be made the secretary soon. I will never lie...and that is to say I will disagree with the directors. They will fight against me to bring me down.

So, what is your advice to that newscaster, that journalist, that writer - that person who doesn't wanna lie

Thanks (I will be away for about 172800 seconds)
Thanks

ok. well i have seen the local paper lie or mislead about where i work and also with military efforts and what goes on. but i cant comment on the later without risk of ucmj action.

Read Karl Popper's three versions of the truth in his book Objective Knowledge, and then read up on Rahab the prostitute's lie.

Then you'll have even more questions

Satan is very well pleased in his department of lies as he deceives the world with his untruths. There is only one truth and one standard that we need to be listening to and living by and that is Christ Jesus who came to save us from the deception (Satan) that is in this world. Greater is He (Jesus) who is in me then he (Satan) that is in the world. I may have to live in this world, but my integrity remains in Christ who's Spirit dwells in me.

P.S. the truth will set you free

It is almost impossible to be a person of integrity. People will fight against you. My sister is a Christian. Her unbelieving co-workers (fraudulent bunch of loons.....sorry to say) conspired against her and had her kicked out of her department. Why? She doesn't tolerate corruption and bribery!!! And you shall know the truth - and the truth shall set you free. At the same time truth may lead you into danger and trouble. She got the info this Friday.:sad:sad
