I believe God is always working, performing small miracles in our everyday lives. The problem is that people do not recognize the acts for what they are. Saying things like "oh, that was lucky" or "that was strange".
Example: recently a family member fell off of a ladder, he is in his 70s. His foot slipped and he grabbed the ladder and it twisted around, so did he, the ladder fell and he fell on top of it. He managed to get to about 4 foot from the ground before the actual fall. He landed on his back and cracked some vertebrae but he is fine. That may not sound like a miracle but.....if he had not twisted around on the ladder, or had fallen the other direction he would have fell into a concrete entrance to his basement, which is several feet deep...and the ground actually slopes toward the concrete so he should have fallen in that direction.
Sometimes I think we just don't pay close enough attention to see what is going on, and give credit where it is due.
I ask that each of you pay attention for at least the next few days and see what you can SEE.
