Justification understood

I have the Bible all wrapped up in the same manner that you do with your pious attitude, my brother.

I just use different ribbon. :idea

Can you agree to disagree or do you insist that you must be right?

It is a sad happening that the core sacraments of the Christian church, baptism and the Eucharist, have been reduced to mere symbolic gestures by so many of the reformed churches.

It's even sadder that certain orthodox sects believe that only their officiates have captured the real presence of Christ, and thereby "cornered the market on Jesus," some even turning a piece of bread into physical Jesus, and expecting believers to still buy that story.

they are blinded by religion .there are denominations that unless your there flavor will not recognize you as part of the Body of Christ.

Proverbs 3:34;
"The Lord mocks the mockers but gives grace to the humble".

Here is from John W. Ritenbaugh:

The subject here is God, and He scorns the scornful. Scorn, a contempt or disdain, is a fruit that pride produces in a person, and it is usually shown toward someone thought to be an inferior. A human being will tend to avoid the person who he deems unworthy, or he will immediately reject or ridicule the unworthy person's opinions. What is the effect of this? It breaks people into cliques. Scorn divides and separates.

It took a vision of the Spirit, repeated 3 times for Peter to "get the picture:"

Acts 10:
2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.
3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.
4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.

What did Peter learn from the Spirit?

35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

Do we see, or does religion teach us to concoct and obey "systems and constructs" to justify ourselves and condemn others?

Paul learned the same lesson, EVEN BETTER, seldom heard:

1 Cor. 13:
2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Jesus said I was justified. Every thing else Doesn't matter.
