k43 = Karbine 43, I own one, a scoped infrantry rifle nice shooter too. Used to have a vast collection of ww2 firearms. Then I got married all thats left is an old soviet TT33, a post war 7mm FN49 and my trusty k43 now.

It's been about 6 years since I've had a valid license or needed use of one. It was a federal curio and relics if thats what you mean by a type 3. All of my shootin' irons were either bolt action or semi-auto only.

no, i mean this, to be able to purchase and sell fully automatic weapons, a freind of mine has that, he gets the real mg 42 and mp 40 and has them reassembled for him and then sells them.
