KEEPING THE FAITH

The only sin that can seperate a saved believer from the grace of forgiveness that they have received is the sin of willful unbelief. Not doubt, but outright, deliberate unbelief.

By virtue of the blood of Christ that the believing person is trusting in, all the believing person's sins are forgiven. Repeated, willful sin is the sign that a person has stopped believing in the blood of Christ and so they no longer have the blood of Christ remaining to forgive their sin. They are lost. They will be condemned by their sins at the coming judgement. The believing person will not be condemned by their sins at the judgement because they are continually forgiven in this life by the ongoing intercessory ministry of Christ and his sacrifice that they continue to believe and trust in.
Jesus said it would be grieving/sinning against the holy spirit Jethro. Also similar to your definition I believe it more accurately is defined as knowing God intimately and working against His will. There is no such thing as a saved believer sir, salvation either comes at death, or at the end of the millennial reign of Christ Rev 20:5

Is there such a thing as a born again believer ?

No, not at all. The kingdom of God comes in gentleness and mercy, not a hostile bloody violent takeover that is too often preached. For that reason mercy has its gentle work. Patience, grasshopper.
Are you kidding? When have any judgments from God been that way? But again, I will say I hope you are right, because I see no need to put people through what is coming if you have the power to simply shut off ones lights. Love takes the route of the least suffering. Historically though, His judicial actions were horrific to those whom received it.

It's inside you.

Luke 17:20-21
No sir, keep in mind who Jesus was saying that to, and the version you are reading vs the original. Do you honestly think Jesus was saying to those whom he called serpents and hypocrites that the Kingdom was in them? Jesus made the point that he being the King of that Kingdom was standing right there among them, not that the Kingdom was within them.

The Kingdom of God is within you but can you access it , that depends . Do not forget the disciples were standing there with Jesus to hear his words also .

John 5:24
1 corinthians 15:1-2

I am born again. Just as the Bible says, the presently believing person is presently saved.

Read the Bible. And read it without the bias of a denomination. Let it tell you the truth.

Do you honestly think Jesus was saying to those whom he called serpents and hypocrites that the Kingdom was in them?
No, read the verse. He's explaining to them how the kingdom comes and where it is. Whether or not any one person hearing that has the kingdom in them is irrelevant. It's in some people, and it's not in other people. That doesn't change the truth of how it comes and where it is at this present time in history.

Jesus made the point that he being the King of that Kingdom was standing right there among them, not that the Kingdom was within them.
The kingdom of God is where the Son of God rules.

Just as it is true of any kingdom, one's kingdom is the land and the people that they own and rule over. Jesus' kingdom in the earth at this present time is the hearts and minds of his people. That is the land, the soil of the earth that constitutes his kingdom and which he owns and rules over in the earth. No one observes it's coming. Nor can anyone point to it and say, "there it is!" because it is a kingdom of the soil of men's hearts. When he returns all of the earth and it's inhabitants will be under his authority, control, and rule. And so the kingdom of God will fill the whole earth.

Jesus came for 3 reasons maam. First and foremost he said: (Luke 4:43) . . .“I must also declare the good news of the Kingdom of God to other cities, because for this I was sent.”

Yes, of course.
This would fulfill the Abrahamic Covenant and the Davidic Covenant.

In the Abrahamic Covenant we see that God wanted to call a people unto Himself.
A people through which all nations would be blessed.
This people were to prepare the earth for the coming Messiah that would set up the Kingdom of God here on earth.
This is an unconditional covenant - it will come about without being conditioned on man's actions or approvals. It is unilateral, and will be accomplished.
Genesis 12:1-3
1The LORD had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you.
2I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you and make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others.
3I will bless those who bless you and curse those who treat you with contempt. All the families on earth will be blessed through you.”
Genesis 15:18-21
Genesis 17:1-14

This is the basic information for the Abrahamic Covenant...there's much more.

Jesus meant to make a change in mankind...it was not only to be internal - salvation - but external, by the Christians actions and good deeds, Jesus meant for the earth to be a better place. He meant for mankind to be changed from the inside out and He meant for this to benefit not only ourselves, but all of humankind around us. Jesus wanted our world to be a better world.

Matthew 5:13
13“You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless.

14“You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. 15No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.

The Davidic Covenant states that Jesus will be the King of the earthly Kingdom.
There is a spiritual Kingdom all around us.
It is meant to create a better world for everyone.

He came to ransom us from inherited sin: (1 Corinthians 15:22) . . .For just as in Adam all are dying, so also in the Christ all will be made alive.
And one that most people do not think of to prove that perfect man does not have to sin:
(1 Peter 2:21, 22) 21 In fact, to this course you were called, because even Christ suffered for you, leaving a model for you to follow his steps closely. 22 He committed no sin. . .

This is the 2nd reason and requires no further comment.

This could be extensive maam, but you no doubt are aware that Jesus would return to heaven and sit at the right hand of God for a period of time. He was to be the next King over God's people. The prophecy in Daniel 4 gave the time. We believe that time started when the last King (Zedekiah) was removed from Israel's throne. Jesus stated that time was still going on while he was on earth Luke 21:24. It would end then when he was appointed as King Mat 24:3. The Kingdom is coming to earth Mat 6:10, and clearly is not here yet, remember the last days from Jesus' enthronement until his return for the battle would be up to a generations life span Mat 24:34, we are very close.

If you agree we are in the last days, then yes the citizens are being gathered Isa 2:2-4
The above speaks about the New Jerusalem. We all agree on this - perhaps some small details are different, I really don't know. Jesus will reign on the New Earth after the end.

And I do NOT mean that the citizens are being gathered.
I mean what I stated as the reason number 1 at the beginning of this post.
The Kingdom of God exists now and here.
Christianity did make the world a better place after much darkness.

I guess God can't do any better than man and satan did. Oh well I still have hope that the Kingdom will come, and that it will remove the earthly Kingdoms when it does as was prophesied at Dan 2:44. I still kinda believe what goes forth from the mouth of God, will come about Dorothy.
Because Jesus meant for the Kingdom of God to be present on earth does not mean that a literal Kingdom is not coming at the end of this age.

That Kingdom will be after the end, after the tribulation, at that time there will be a new earth a new Jerusalem, a new Kingdom - literally.

As Jethro Bodine has stated, the Kingdom now is a Kingdom that is found inside the hearts of believers - it's a literal spritual Kingdom that is meant to make the world a better place.

It is not to be confused with the coming Kingdom when Jesus will RULE the new earth.

Are you kidding? When have any judgments from God been that way?
Jesus isn’t coming to judge that supposedly one very unlucky generation. Judgement was on the nation that crucified him as he said it would be.
But again, I will say I hope you are right, because I see no need to put people through what is coming if you have the power to simply shut off ones lights. Love takes the route of the least suffering. Historically though, His judicial actions were horrific to those whom received it.
Why would he judge that generation no worse than others?

That may have been my mistake maam, I quite imagine he did include it, and I simply forgot to include it in my comment. The point I was making is that it is not the truth, but I do so hope both he and you as well are correct about salvation.
It’s most often left out of a gospel presentation. It’s usually an appeal to accept Jesus into your heart. That’s it. Maybe, a big maybe, feel a bit sorry for your sin nature you were born with and can’t help.

It will and it has, just not as you imagine it to take place.

I feel there is too great a focus on earth and not enough focus on the rest of the universe when discussing this future kingdom. A new earth? Why not a new Mars? Or what about a new Saturn? No, because we all know Saturn is perfect as is. :p

17For behold, I will create new heavens and a new earth. Isaiah 65:17

13But in keeping with God’s promise, we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells. 2 Peter 3:13

No one is saved by repentance. But a turning toward God in repentance is a necessary prerequisite to receive the grace of God in salvation.
I can agree with that, one's sin can be forgiven if they repent. Salvation is dependent upon different things, but to sum it up it is mainly obedience based upon capability from what I gather.

Is there such a thing as a born again believer ?
Yes sir there is. Of course all who are born again are believers, however they are under the same requirements as are all Christians Mat 24:13. They can lose out on salvation as well Heb 6:4-6

It is important to know what the Kingdom is Hawk, as it is the message we are to publish to the world. The Kingdom of God is a real government with a King and cabinet. It is heavenly based and will in the near future rule over the earth removing every earthly government. Dan 2:44; Rev 16:14-16
