Are the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven the same thing, or two separate and distinct entities?

I agree that the Kingdom of God is present even now. But I don't understand your view of the Kingdom of Heaven being during the millennium. There will be unsaved people in the millennium, if you believe in the dispensational view of the millennium.
I think the Kingdom of Heaven, would be after all has been done, after the White Throne judgment; the final Kingdom.

a minor derail. god never intended to use isreal like that after the cross. this is schofieldism at its finest. the believers in the acts 2:38 upper room experience were all jewish. none were gentile. so whenever isreal rebelled god always kept some of them to himself these are as such.isreal was supposed to be missioniary in nature. but they failed.

Matthew is the only gospel account that speaks of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Matthew 19: 23 - Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Indicates that it is possible that he can enter.

Matthew 19: 24 - And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Indicates it is impossible for him to enter.

2 verses side by side. The kingdom of heaven and the kingdom of God are 2 different Kingdoms.

Luk_10:9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

Evidence that someone is Operating the Kingdom of God, is sick being healed and devils being cast out.

Thy Kingdom Come, they will be done.
thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven

Right there Jesus tells you what the Kingdom of God is. The will of God being enforced on Earth. The way God does things in His own Kingdom of Heaven, is enforced by the Kingdom coming here to earth.

Kingdom of God is literally translated a royal, Sovereign, ruler, enforcer of God.

No, Jason does not take the time to read the whole post and learn anything. That is Jason's Issue just skimming post, Not Mike's issue. It's not my doctrine, I gave you the exact definition of Kingdom, it's a Greek Female noun and can't denote it's own place being a Female noun. Of course you would not know this if you did not bother to even look at it. Right?

It's not a place, the Kingdom of God is inside of us. Kingdom of God is here on Earth. Heaven is up where God hangs out.

Where God hangs out?...hmm...you're not reaching for straws are you? The kingdom of God is inside us yes, but where does God come from? He comes from a place. I admit God is omnipresent, but doesn't Revelation 21 explain Heaven and the dimensions.

@Brother Mike Jesus is sitting at the right hand of God in heaven, the place described in Revelation 21. God is in heaven, God sends his Holy Spirit to us..thus being from a place called Heaven. Jesus is sitting, he's not sitting in the air if you know what I mean.
