  • John 1:14 says Jesus became flesh and resided with men and he is the only-begotten Son from the Father!

  • John 1:15 says that Jesus existed before him!

  • John 1:16 says we receive grace from him!

  • John 1:17 says grace and truth came through Jesus Christ!

  • John 1:18 calls Jesus the begotten god, the only one who has seen God who is at the Father’s side and he has made him known!

  • John 1:19-23 says that John the Baptist was not the Christ but he was sent to prepare his way according to Isaiah!

  • In John 1:33, John the Baptist says that the One who sent him to baptize with water told him that the man who would receive the Spirit (Pneuma) would baptize with Holy spirit (en hagio Pneumati)!

  • And he has placed everything in his hands!
