I never said that and I can't speak for why some women might do that. That's between them and God. I said the man needs to take responsibility for his own actions and stop blaming others. When Adam ate the apple and told God it was the woman's fault, did God agree with him or did God hold Adam responsible for his own actions? When I was a police officer I saw many naked women. And I don't mean naked as in skimpy clothes. I mean naked. The job just takes you to places where that happens sometimes. I took control of my own thoughts and took responsibility for my own actions. The fault for my sin, or the credit for my lack of sin has nothing to do with what someone else wears.
