I just can't think of any more comedies from when I was in high school, except some Woody Allen one's...and I can't fathom Woody Allen getting on the list...:grumpy


OK 1981...I was in College...

I remember going to see Caveman...that one with Ringo Starr and if it's the #1 movie I'm hopping a plane and heading to MI to mom-whap Mike across the head!
 
Okay, I'm going make a little concession on the rules. Call it the "Bonus Round". Use Internet searches to google things. I only ask that you don't look at similar lists for your answers.

We know that last 2 are comedies, and one was released in 1977, the other came out in 1881. I think if you went to wikipedia and plugged in these years with "comedy", you would be well on your way.

Knock yourself out.

Didn't realize that The Choirboys would be considered a comedy...but hey, it's on the list so I'm naming it...it's a guy flick!

Well, I did...at least for 1977...and when I saw Annie Hall there...just couldn't go on.

The only two comedies I saw that hadn't already been guessed was Annie Hall and the Choirboys..and I really don't think either one will be on the list.

Sorry Mike...I know you're wanting to wrap it up...but it's too hollow a victory to get it off Google!

Going to bed now and will wake up to see that l'Chante or one of the Aussies filled it in.

But, kudos to Mike for finding a stumper! :clap

RW, is that you on that bike, or are you the tiny girl behind that guy that we can't see!? :lol One of the few guys that have been involved in this thread, and you bail right out! :p

I'll further the hints or this might bleed into next Monday. And honestly, unless I can recruit a cohort, I don't know about this anymore. Yesterday was crazy trying to keep up with this thread!

Okay, I agree with Sparrow. I've posted the remaining to answers that weren't given. As with all of these, I give my disclaimer that this isn't my list. Some great movies were mentioned that I would have had in the Top Ten, myself.
