Here I am again, another bunch of posts There isn't too much to testify about, but one thing does come to mind.
I want to testify about God's provision.
For most of July and August, I had been praying about finding a Job and thinks weren't looking good. I do not drive, so my options were very limited. However, God knew I wouldn't be driving yet, so he gave me a place to live right across the street from the College I graduated from. At least I could apply fro Jobs on campus. However, things did go so well. It was the last week in August and I was jobless and pretty close to pennyless. Needless to say, things were getting tight.
It was the first week of September when I was told I would finally be asked to come in and sign a contract to work in the admissions office. However, to make things worse, I was blaimed for a very high Power bill and my house mate was refusing to pay more than 1/4 of it. Not only did I not have the money to cover my month's rent normally, but I was getting a rate hick just because my house mate didn't like a bill.
It was closer to mid-september when I finally started working. I was broke, but just at the right time, God provided me with a Job. At the end of the month, God provided by proving to my housemate that I was not the cause of the high powerbill and he agreed to split the bill fifty/fifty. I am no where near rolling in dough, but I have what I need to afford food and my bills. God is providing just what I need, and I learn to be faithful with what He gives me, I'm finding I have just a bit more than I need.
God is a God who cares for his people, and I am so glad He provided for me, and I praise him for it, which is why I posted this thread here!
