If you know what this test is, then you know why it is making me nervous.

This test determines if I get my license to become a Registered nurse. It is the hardest test I will ever have to take. It varies between 75 and 265 questions, covers any minute topic that has been covered in my 4 years of nursing school or not covered.

If I don't pass I can retake it, but that means I can't work for 2 months, spend another $200 on the test and won't be eligible for my $3000 signing bonus which is paying off student loans.

On top of that I leave the day after the test and can't see if I passed for another week. I'm a pretty easy going person, but this is the first thing to make me nervous in a very long time.

I'd never heard of it, but it doesn't sound fun. I'll pray for you.

I just took it. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I only had 75 questions, therefore I did really bad or very well.

I just got back from my trip...I did pass the NCLEX, I am officially a registered nurse. :D

Almost 2 months later....

Congrats Knarf!!! I'm glad it all worked out for you. Praise Him! I hope things have continued to work out for you in the time since you've passed it.

So far it has very well. I really like my job as a nurse, I'm learning immense amounts daily.

Hopefully I will start school back up in January for my masters.
