you know that's not fair!

Last year, we had 7 techs. This year were down to 3 due to head cut reductions and techs just 'moving on'. Last week and this week we have a tech out on sick leave, which now leaves us with ... 3 -1 = NOT ENOUGH techs and too much work!

On the lighter side, got my hot tube up and running after a long cold winter :-D
