New Here ❤️

Don't let me influence your answer here. But I would say yes to a question like this. Remember what happened to Ray Stance when he said no to Gozer? 🤣

And who doesn't want to be a scientist? It's kind of like if you work for the postal service. You find ways to make your job sound better than it actually is. For example, if someone asks you what you do, you don't say I'm a mailman. Instead you say, I'm a United States postal worker.

Harmless self promotion. 👍

Being a Christian Scientist sounds better than an ordinary Christian?

I am supernaturally transformed by the Word of God. You cannot do it by oneself. Remember the old covenant was never able to be kept. Under the new covenant Christ died for us to set us free from the law of sin and death - the law illuminates [shines forth and reveals/convicts the sin, Jesus paid the price for our sins and gave us the Holy Spirit to transform with His Word. To boost in myself as a scientist [it is not my doing, cannot take credit. Why would I share something to sound better when it is but God's sovereignty to allow me to live and Christ's finish work on the cross that ultimately transformed my life]. Yes that's the power of Jesus. No other name but His that can do such an incredible work and change in one's life. Transformation is God dependent > requires our participation. It's all God.
