re: Pre vs. Extra marital sex
Are you making a distinction? Are you only referring to two individuals who have never been "married" (whatever that means) - or does it include divorced/widowed individuals who are having sexual relations.

BTW - is kissing = sex (why not??). What about petting? I don't mean to be difficult - trust me - but I don't want to gloss over the genuine issues that people wrestle with re: this matter

re: Concubines
Would not concubines be consider pre-/extra- marital sex? I understand that polygamous relationships are within a marital context - so I let those drop.
