Yes I would go, but only as a representative of Christ as I would witness Christ to him as the Holy Spirit gives me the words to speak.

If? There is no if! It is certain. He even flies you in his private jetIf he'd pay for my flight to Washington I'd go of course. Why would I not.
I think he knows the bible, too. Problem is, that *seat*, probably is a bondage.Yes I would go, but only as a representative of Christ as I would witness Christ to him as the Holy Spirit gives me the words to speak.

I think he reply is a kind of Mr. BeanHe flies? Does he have a pilot license? :shock
Well of course I would go to meet President Obama. There are some things I'd like to hear his opinion about or debate him. But generally it's just super excitig to meet the President of the USA, all political and religious issues aside. Would be cool to see if he's as fun in real life as the media make him appear to be.
I have realised that most of our presidents end up being puppets. If they have 100% volition they'd do the right thing. They struggle with the difference between power and authority.
If I went, I would be under ucmj action and loose rank. I would hold him to the blood of men slain while he did nothing. unless the lord told me and he lead it.That is just my point' don't you want to get some things off of your chest face to face with him ?
To be candid I won't be comfortable going; if I must go, I must go Nicodemuslly
Yeah, totally true. I bet we often blame our presidents, prime ministers, chancellors or whatever it's called where we live for things that they have no control over because they gotta accomodate so many different interests and people it'simpossible for them to stay true to themselves and do the right thing.
I remember that speech. it was back in 2008. and well we invaded one more country after leaving one and assisted in the coup of another's leader. In the United States, at least, the President doesn't have to accommodate so many different interests...if he's true to the Constitution. We don't elect kings, or dictators, or messiahs....we elect Presidents with very limited powers. In the past we've had Presidents who were honest, and had no problem saying "I don't have authority to do as you ask. Your issue is a personal matter, not a government matter." We haven't had honest and humble Presidents in modern times, and Obama is the worst of the bunch. Power corrupts.
I would decline to meet with him. Any man capable of giving this speech is beneath contempt, and should be shunned.
it wasn't at the time out of the ordinary for the left but well. we did invade Libya.and well that isn't the whole speech. most of which he never kept his word. the sick and poor? cough the va, obamacare failing.Okay that speech was over the top, but Obama isn't the first and won't be the last president to promise too much to his voters.
So please excuse my cluelessness - what's so shun-worthy about that speech?
