There will not be any kind of religion or high archy in heaven. John did not see a temple in heaven, Revelation 21:22.

The High Priest is Christ Jesus and all of us are God's servants as Jesus was when He walked the earth teaching the word of God as He was the word made flesh. Jesus nor the Holy Spirit speaks on their own, but by every word God gives them to speak, John 12:49-50.

The church cannot do the work of the Holy Spirit as you believe.

The Holy Spirit guides the apostles
Sometimes by angels like in acts 8
Also Christ Jn 15:5

I can agree with this as it is all by God's power and authority that He has given first to Christ and then the Apostles to go out into the world making more disciples of Christ as the Holy Spirit has set up the government of Christ true church, 1 Corinthians 12:28.

What is the holy church by your definition?

Disciples or the nations or the lay people with faith and baptism sealed by God in His church united to the bishops the successors of the apostles united to Christ united to God!
The new covenant
The kingdom
The body of Christ
The household of faith
The communion of saints

All true of course but still impossible to have a high priest with low priests
The structure of the church is hierarchical
Do you really believe “call no man father” is absolute and includes spiritual fathers who have care for our souls?

You figure it out in how the Pope is addressed as "Holy Father" and also praying to Mary for intercession and all those dead saints you love to pray to.

Mary and the saints are not dead
They died but are alive in Christ. Jn 11:25

I thought the brothers of Jesus must be children of Mary?
How was Rachel the spiritual mother of all the children of israel?

Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega. The only one that you will see in heaven is Jesus Christ and other believers.
