God gave earth freedom of religion here, and Jesus didn't shove. His truths & gifts down anyone's throat.
We are to follow Jesus example and be like He is as much as we can...so absolutely not. The country would be a Theocracy and have zero tolerance. Does that make sense? Lol.

Brother Taylor is right on the money. Even though Jesus was very nice when He was here in the flesh and very non-combative doesn't mean that He (or we) will always be (towards the false religion people. The bigger picture of the entire Word shows us differently.

A house divided can not stand. Celebrate Diversity is killing our nation as we speak. So it would be a Christian nation, and none other.

We can already see the intense damage that is caused by freedom of religion, open eyes and look around! Knowing that...how could it not be a capital offense to follow another, who is not Yashua?

We can love our enemies without yielding to their religion. You can love your enemy at the same time you're killing him. Walking with your heart in a non judgemental & loving state don't mean you can't fight/defend if necessary.

Smaller, you are going to scream but here it is. God requires submission to His will. No place in scripture are there any limiting parameters, therefore it is unlimited submission to His will. Not my will, not your will, not the Hindu's will nor that of any other, just His complete will and it is His will that none of us be religious!

In another string I explained what Jesus came to restore, the answer is found towards the end of the Creation account where God walks (fellowships) with Adam in the cool of the day. God put down His divine nature and was born a man that He might pay the Sin Debt of every man and requiring, only, one action on the part of any or every man, accept His conditional Gift... nothing more that we, every one of us,, might begin our Eternal Walk (fellowship) with Him.

That leaves only one question and only two people can answer that question but your answer, absolutely and unconditionally, must agree with the answer Jesus will give, not visa versa. His will only and you have no choice but to go to Hell instead.

Well stated, brother. And when we examine the scriptures in the manor we are intended to view them, submissively, in prayer, we can, clearly understand the futility of the entire structure of religion.

My study has led me to the conclusion that any, and I do mean any, religion will lead any man, woman or child into Hell and eternal suffering. Adam was of neither Jew, Christian nor any other religion. But he did Fellowship with the Creator, Jesus. (John 1:1-3) And that is what He died on the cross to restore to Himself.

Every religious person in this world misses the point and works themselves into an assortment of religious frenzies and all for naught. Don''t get me wrong, I am a Baptist and I love worship with Charismatic Baptists and Pentecostals but none of that will get one person into Heaven. Not even my work in Prison has earned mje one iota of recognition in Heaven but the people I helped to the foot of the cross are eternally grateful. Ad as sad as it might seem, not one of their, possible, recommendations matter a single wit.

Trying to put me on the defense is not cute. I refuse to explode at you, that would be equal to parsing the Bible. You are, it appears, a, Modern Day, New Testament Christian or one of the even newer New Covenant Christians but in truth there are no such things or people. The New Testament is a misnomer! The last twenty-seven books of the Latter Days Believers are God inspired Commentaries on the Bible Jesus, Paul, James, Matthew and all the early Preachers taught from, the first sixty-nine books of our Christian Bible are the Jewish Bible divided to suit us. They are what all the Saints in the first century studied and taught from while God inspired them to write the commentaries.

God accepts anyone's right to free will, as He designed this situation, however, this does not mean that He accepts what we choose to believe if it is not in accordance with His stated truth that Jesus is "the Way", and the only way back to Him.
