Reverse Outlook

I'm a Producer Editor at my church and I recently wrote and produced a video that I have since launched my own YouTube channel with called Reverse Outlook. I'd like to get some feedback from those of you here to see what you think about it. The video is at the bottom of this post.

It has a twist to it (hence the name) so you'll need to watch it through to get the whole story behind it but I think its good and it's only a little more than 2 minutes. Also please hit the thumbs up (or "Like") button at the bottom if you like it.

Don't feel slighted, NR. Sometimes people will mentally park it until they have time (and the circumstances) to view AND listen. (like I had to)

I thought it was very compelling! It was great the way she reversed through all the statements of the agnostic. :clap

Keep up the Lord's Work! :)

nice video.

" the problem with dealing with athiestic arguments is that you are dealing with an arguer not an argument" john

my brother told me that and its the truth. i notice the difference in the two, one in peace and the other in anger.

Pretty cool. They must have put a lot of thought into making it make sense both forward and in reverse.

We have a congregation of over 200 youth, and I am posting the video on my Facebook, so some of them will see it!

Not to worry I don't feel slighted, just trying to be humous. I know people have busy lives and have to put things off until a more appropriate time is available so I completely understand.

I do thank you for your comments and I fully intend to keep it up as long as God allows me. :)

nice video.

Thank you sir, and your point about arguing with arguers is duly noted. Since I first posted this, the comment section for this video is heavily weighted by Atheist (i.e. the arguers) taking their shots at the videos message. I'm believe in the end, their messages will eventually be diluted by Christian messages of support.

Thank you. I'm a writer and really enjoy stepping outside conventional writing styles to take a crack at something new. This particular style is called Reverse Poetry and it was my first attempt. However, what really sells the piece is the actress Kayla who is a Junior in the Drama Department at Cornerstone Christian School and I think you'll agree with me that she did a fantastic job with it!

This was freaking awesome :thumbsup

(BTW, guests view this thread but can't reply!)
Again thank you for the kind words. As far as guest from this forum not being able to reply I do realize that but I am limited in changing that. I was also worried that views from members here were not being tallied in the total view count but his morning as I looked there is clearly a spike in viewership yesterday so to everyone here A VERY BIG THANK YOU!!!

To anyone that would like to add a comment or to click the "Like" (i.e. "Thumbs Up") button you can find it on YouTube by searching "Reverse Outlook", the thumbnail you'll see is just like the one in this thread or you can click on the link at the top of the video in this thread and it should open a new window with the YouTube version of the video in it.

Alabaster, you just made my day. - I'm going to be grinning all day. Thank you very much!

Nu,

Nicely done. The point you get across is that what's important to an atheist the opposite is important to a Christian, so whose benchmark or standard is correct? The atheist is thus put into the position to cite what universal standard makes his view correct over yours? You won't convert him, but you'll get him to think that at the very least his view is egocentric and infantile just because others don't think like him.

I never could convince an atheist, but after debating some, the truly open-minded ones came to admit that they are not true atheists, but agnostics. To claim that "God does not exist" is equally dogmatic and takes just as much faith (and perhaps a dose of subjective thick-headedness) as those they accuse of having blind faith in a God.

Your experience with atheist parallels much of my own. Thank you for the kind words.
