Preterism is unusual to those who aren't familiar with it.i have some influence of that . I was preterist, amil

The problem with that it can lead to the idea of the kingdom of God only being spiritual when it isn't .it has a physical element of it .

Jesus will return to kill those in judgement. The final judgement simply hasn't happened

what the word says jude
11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

lady i am not mocking you. i am out and out saying this does not compute i can not agree nor will not { that is not mocking} . we are not in the Millennium as you claim which is a thousand years you have one thing that is correct {God loves people, not buildings}. your above description sounds like star wars
Your answer was mocking pure complete with mocking cartoons.
Calling it “star wars” is again mocking as well as telling me you don’t know the movie series very well also. The above was less mocking which is an improvement.

What you didn’t do, which Nicodemus did, was ask how those could be so. He was given answers from Jesus because he asked questions and did not mock. You fail to ask and instead mock so no understanding will be given to you. That is how the Lord works when it comes to understanding. Mock (not according to you but according to the recipient) and you’ll be left in your own opinion.

Trying to reel this back to the topic of this thread. It's not about the 1000 years, but only about the rewards we receive that Christ brings back with Him when He returns on the last day. Even though the 1000 years is a good topic if someone would like to start a new thread on that subject please do by all means. Any more replies that have nothing to do with this thread will be deleted as being off topic.

Thank you.
