Yellow house is easily visible flat roof on the east of the pool.Main house is covered.It is two stories tall.
 
I think he built the main house after the older spanish revival guest house.I will look at the tax page and post.

Looking from above, it is a wee bit difficult to guestimate whether a structure is one story or more.

I know the home.I have read the 21st to the 24th /14th to 16th ave route for about a total of a year.I need to photo the marker.I posted the listing of Osceola, yes that namesake.

The two story home is old,1902.that was there by its lonesome,prior to indian river farms laying out vero,let alone our county.I might photo it ,post on fb and listen to the history.spanish home was possibly built seperately from the home in 1925.it's a boom time construction. It was for sure built in 1925.pool is new along with cabana.main house has 5 rooms and guest homes has two.
 
New route today.some areas I have been to,others not at all.

I have not took any photo of Riverside Theatre,or the Cote De Este Hotel
 
No, but that's fine. You've mentioned the Riverside Theater before. The Cote De Este Hotel wouldn't really be of interest to me.

Gloria Estefan owns it.It's just North of Waldo's restaurant and The Driftwood
 
Possible demolition may come of this old gal.Just west lies a ruin of as old gas station .it was razed to make room for a nursing home.it's now part of a parking lot.it may be removed fully.I was able locate the foundation and old service bay.why they left it I don't knowView attachment 9301 View attachment 9302
