I'm not sure they will,just to the west is the new construction. Whomever owns that also own this old garage.I have memories here.This was where they inspected cars up to the early 80s.

Depending upon how much land is included with the old garage, the owner might want to tear it down just to save on taxes.

Those white walls certainly bring back memories!
Bell air. It was at a tiny shop who also installs car audio and repairs them.The knock off,I wonder how many tire techs know how to install and remove these tires.

One of the joys of owning a home built prior to 1925 is re-wiring the entire house, putting in a breaker panel ... updating all plumbing. Probably have to add insulation as well.

But oh! Those older homes have character & personality!

Commercial plaza and area and this is the only home ,it predates all of it .I wonder if the street it's east of is originally the Dixie Hwy.ww2 arial shows it not the case but a map of 36 might show it.
