last but not the least, AirDancer ,Deborah13 is this video this the older bridge , closely look for the bridge being built. that entire road he is driving on isn't the same. man the sounds of crossing the bridge. the bumps, the grind of the metal being driven brings back memories many a days crossing that one to kung -fu.

wow, the only business on the west side of the bridge is calvettis. it was called something else then. I cant remember. I can make out the old fire station barely, riverside.

ah, the firestation, it was practically under the old bridge. in the old 81 topo I can see the riverside café doc. using google earth I can compare. we had to walk buy the fire station to get under the bridge.

Of course I like the palm trees! I had the feeling some of the photos were framed to show many of the palms for me!

no they are that numerous. when I was taking some of them I had to aim above the target to get the railing out of the picture. ah I forgot one. boaters heading too the doc on the north side at mcwilliam park.View attachment 6862

cell phone took that. I will go back to get the bridge which I didn't show from this location. I can get it with my camera and I know where to get it. I will ask the guard at piper. if you look at the water tower shown in the images. there are bit of circular lights. that is about where Holman stadium is. that is about where I was taken that photo. I was about a mile north. one some days we can see the bridge, and the train going buy with aircraft taking off from the east and west runway.

First photo with the fountains: When I saw this one, I sat perfectly still & uttered: "Wow!" I love this photo!

Second photo of the Cemex: The clarity of this photo makes one think one is standing there in person, viewing the site on a clear day. Amazing composition!
