Route pics

Centerstage at leisure square.I did take photos of entrance but they are bad.this was the y but you can't see old y in this image

I will say the names of the roads that aren't often used by some of the routes will have them.
1) cherry ln (33rd street) named aptly as that was where all the cherry farms were. nothing of that era.
2) Rosewood, 16th st
3) Rosedale, 12th st
4) Glendale,8th st
5) citrus st, 4th st
6) Rebel road,(not on grid by large but its the southern limit of tomorrow's route.) 5th st sw
7) Carter Rd, 1st sw
8) Oslo rd, 9th st sw(southern limit of grid)
9) Tripson trail road, not on grid and was the farms for the Tripson Diary. I have a few stories on that place
next is avenues
10) 82nd , Ranch Road
11) 74th ave never had one
12) 66th ave , lateral a or lateral lane(canal is what its named after ) and the story about Aunt Edna is mentioning this canal as she lived closed to that canal
13) 58th ave , Kings Hwy(named for the Spanish trail used for a lot of things and by them since Florida was a colony
14) 43rd ave, Clemmans ave
15) 27th ave, Emerson
16) Seminole ave,14th ave
17) Mohawk ave, 16th ave
18) Sioux ave, 12th ave

odd ball one and one not listed
20) 26th st, Walker ave name of a route yall have prayed for
21) Osceola Blvd aka Rt 60, 20 th st. named after the Seminole warrior. His image is all around that place in some business(Osceola pharmacy which is on Seminole ave now but was on 20th st)
 
Beautiful masonry on that church, beautiful steeple on the other.
So many of the houses are really like little bungalows, tropical feeling. I don't remember much of the houses when I was in FL for a few days. We were mid-state, Ocala.

The steeple is the Mormon ward.the aog is actually older then me. Tommorow I will post the history of my church. Southside church of god,my current church,and the older church will be shown plus the story as I recall. Two of them are on the grid but my church isn't.I took this while walking at jaycee beach (jaci beach)View attachment 6813
 
if I had a decent camera the possibilities with that one is staggering.

As it is, the camera on your phone definitely captures color and clarity eloquently. And the eye for composition you have.... excellent!

bah digital cameras. I remember light meters and shutter speed settings. with that light. I would have to set the opening naturally and use about 100 speed film. the meter would tell me as I turned the f stop by being in the middle of the positive and negative. I use to take a lot in black and white
