visible from even that cement plant I have photos from. I will try to get the sister one to it.

There is a noticeable difference between the new photos and the older ones. (I still highly appreciate the older ones tho!) Getting a new 'toy' always takes a bit of time to learn. In no time at all, you'll find yourself thinking back to these early days of the new camera and wondering why you thought it would take any time to learn all about it!

I was walking a few areas you often like to give out non payment notices . I spied a few edifice to shopt again.the old diesel plant ,the vero funiture mart,mahers.also as I was going about the theatre was open and work was being done . View attachment 10582 View attachment 10583

Those photos weren't taken the same day.the marina one is in the moorings route.this area is where at one time both army and navy udt divers were training .

One would never be able to tell - at quick notice - that the military used to use that area.

Are there any plaques or markers to indicate this? Or is it from the old maps that you know about the area?

It was dredged and any local will know about it.the pines and the slab were nearby .the slab was two foundations beach side that was a navy relic . the udt seal museum and round island have mark rers and obstacles recovered from round island plus we still have live mines to clear .
