lol, its tress for allowing boats to pass is part of Disney world. the city airport shared that photo. it wasn't taken from outside the air port but on the tarmac where im allowed.I like airports & airplanes

the bridge in question was made of creasol wood and palm trees were also used.
I can the photo. both of our bridge parts are there.I didn't know that the tress is part of DisneyWorld. Now that is fascinating!
that's an unused section. its possibly goes back to the navy base. I have one other I can post.Looks like some repaving work is needed at the airport.
no, not all. we are way to high of a use for smallaircraft and learjets etc to have that problem. im sure it does need work but nothing like that bumpy image.So many of the runways in the US really need repaving ...... so I guess I thought this particular airport was much the same.
Ours was prior to ww2 a grass strip.Whew! That's good to know!
When one is landing a small plane on a grass strip, one expects a few bumps along the way. But with some of the airports out there, some of those bumps are worse than a grass strip.
