How is that any more than using scripture to suit your own predetermined conclusion? Pretty dishonest if you ask me. Muslims do the same thing, if I remember, but they claim something about human birth and the weather and other things. It's similarly silly. You shouln't be using a holy book as a science book.

Thats a good point Arnold. I think many christians use the Bible as something it is not. It is not a science, history, etc, textbook or something like that.

True scientists use the "scientific method" for coming to a conclusion no matter where it leads. With the ICR they can't do anything if it challenges their belief system. That should be pretty clear to understand. The ICR has already determined an answer and are now looking for evidence to back it up. It's amazing how creationists are so quick to look down on science but the moment they can find some common ground they pick it up like its their own even if they have distorted the findings.HMMMM!
