"When he comes he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin" so he must have missed one. What "taketh away the sins of world actually means" is that all of mankind's sins have been consolidated into one sin by crucifying Jesus. There is no statement made by God which states that there is no sin. You also might note, if there is a possibility of your noticing, what Jesus' says, "I know that his COMMAND leads to eternal life.", not just his crucifixion.
I've read some of your posts. You have this same recurring overall conclusion regarding the crucifixion being sin. While it stands to reason that murder of the innocent is unjust, the torture of the only begotten of God is without adequate description. So when I read what you say I do not get what you're devoting your efforts to expressing. What do you mean by, "An individual's salvation is dependent upon the Way God must be obeyed in regard to Jesus' crucifixion as a sin or that individual perishes"....?
