It's "Answers in Genesis" that is promoting it.

Basically we are a nation of immigrants. White people who grew up here are the minority.

This video takes a lot of the myths from Russia and China and all over that continent and wraps them all together with Vodnik being the poster child for the myths.

It appears to be like the "tainted candy" myth of Halloween and trick or treating...

And a way to encourage proper behavior for young adult people.

Kind of a blend of the two.

The beginnings of these myths are from it's usually an impossible thing to believe that someone you like and know can behave so outrageous as to actually harm someone.
