[__ Science __ ] Stress

You know I just realized that since I've stopped worrying about things that have already been and things that haven't happened yet, that has really seemed to narrow down my stress level. :)

Although my stress has gotten a lot better here's a quick question for you all. Have you ever found yourself worrying about something only to discover later on that it wasn't worth worrying about in the first place?

Yes many times.

I think we are all guilty of that from time to time but if you have seen my latest response in the thread down below, I think that all has to do with the brain.

I also tend to have a habit of making things seem worse than they really are. Luckily for me Yoga has been helping me with that and to relax more. And just like with anything, the more you practice the better you get. :)

Oh and you know what? Besides Yoga I have found that writing down all of the things that are bothering me are very therapeutic. :biggrin I feel LOADS lighter afterwards. :thumbsup

Another thing that worries me and stresses me out is when I'm not sure whether or not certain actions will get me in trouble. :(

Well it's kind of difficult to do that when it's basically been a day out of Hell. :crying
