Test what you have been taught

Since the Father drew me to the Son some years back, I have come to discover over time that a lot of what I originaly thought about God was somthing that somebody else had tried to teach me.... and most of it was Crap.

Since that time Ive learned to test what I was formaly taught.....

So look.... lets put what you have been taught to the test, let us see how we go.

Lets start with what happens after you die..... let us test that against the original Doctrine of the Demon....

4And the serpent said unto the woman, "Ye shall not surely die;
5for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."

We are all souls that have sinned, the serpent reckons that we do not really die and ye shall be as gods.....

So what where you taught about what happens when you die...

Peace

I started to test my Christian Faith and it collasped like a house of cards. I still maintain some Christian belief, but I am now not sure what I believe. I do believe upon death that we die; sure hope we get resurrected.

That reminds me...

A man may be haunted with doubts, and only grow thereby in faith. Doubts are the messengers of the Living One to the honest. They are the first knock at our door of things that are not yet, but have to be, understood... Doubt must precede every deeper assurance; for uncertainties are what we first see when we look into a region hitherto unknown, unexplored, unannexed. I grew up believing that when one dies they either go to heaven or hell. I later learned from scripture, however, that this simply is not true. The dead 'sleep' in their graves ...the righteous until the resurrection at Jesus' return, the unrighteous at a later time. The Bible is consistent on the idea that the dead 'sleep'.

I was taught that I was a sinner and unless I 'got right' with God, when I died, I would go to hell and burn there for ever.

Do you still believe that?

No. The whole foundation (as it was taught to me) upon which I based man’s position before God has had to be destroyed and rebuilt.

Enquiring minds want to know what God rebuilt concerning the eternal position of the unsaved, mutzrein?

I can answer that one for you Destiny.......

There was a time when I thought we had free Will too, when you had to make the conciouse free will desicion to accept Christ into your life or you where un saved and damned to Hell !

Until I relised that was portraying Jesus as a sad pathetic impotent saviour, who was the weak end of a formula that required your Vital contribution to work.....

Paul spoke of the Doctrines of Demons, as in plural.

You asked about the position of the unsaved person in relation to God ?
There is no such a person....... how do we know this ?

No one can come to Christ unless the Father who sent Him draws (Greek: drags) him (John 6:44)

He has mercy on whom He desires, and He hardens whom He desires (Romans 9:18).

It does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on God who has mercy (Romans 9:16).

By His doing you are in Christ Jesus (1 Corinthians 1:30).

The Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills (1 Corinthians 12:11).

Whom He predestined, these He also called; and whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified (Romans 8:30).

A man's way is not in himself; Nor is it in a man who walks to direct his steps (Jeremiah 10:23).

The mind of man plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps (Proverbs 16:9).

The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord (Proverbs 16:33).

Many are the plans in a man's heart, but the counsel of the Lord will be established (Proverbs 19:21).

Man's steps are ordained by the Lord (Proverbs 20:24

God has shut up all men in disobedience that He may show mercy to all (Romans 11:32).

God works all things after the counsel of His will (Ephesians 1:11).

No one can resist His will (Romans 9:19).

So who is going to get their way for their life over what God wants ?
Nobody according to the Bible..... it was never about our will full ness.... Gods Will for us will prevail..... full stop.

If you do not believe God, and obey Him by loving Him first above all, and then loving each other, you will die and spend eternity in Hell in a physical body, and in spirit. The Bible teaches it, and it only serves the deceiver to sugar coat it. Mercy is for those who believe on Him, and give Him all, and not everyone will receive mercy. You must be born again by the Spirit of God. Do not seek to please men, it does them no good. If you are afraid of causing offense for your sake, or for God's, do not be, because God wants us to give undefiled Truth to others...this is love. He did not come to bring the world peace, but with a sword of Truth to put in the hands of His children that they may proclaim it among the nations. Do not tickle the ears of the lost right into Hell. Separation will come if they die in their sin, but it will be an eternal separation unless someone gives them the whole Truth, and an opportunity to accept it in it's purity. This is our commission. The deceiver tries to deceive them, and us, because it is his preference that the Gospel be diluted, and neutralized, so that they can be spewed out of the mouth of God, rather than obtain an eternal inheritance of life.

Galatians 1

6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

2 Thessalonians 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Matthew 25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

Lovley I just showed you from Gods Word, that nobody can resist his Will, are you saying that it is possible for any person to resist the Will of God ?

When scripture has plainly told us that this is impossible......

Please explain how any person can resist the Will of God when you have been clearly shown from his Word this is not possible ?

Explain yourself.....No one can resist His will (Romans 9:19).

This is the Doctrine of the Lord...... dare you seek to put the Lord God to the Test..... here or any where else ?

Spirit Driven,

Did I actually say that man can resist the will of God? Or, did I say (show)that your belief that God will save all contradicts Scripture? It is a tactic of the tempter to twist the words of others. Why? To spin it to their deceptive advantage, rather than face them head on with Truth. One is a Truth, and the other is a lie mixed with it. I told you before, there is no lie in the Truth. I gave you the Word of God in my post...it makes up most of it. Receive it, or reject it, or at least refute it, but don't expect me to lean honest credibility to your false conclusions when they clearly twist the Word to please your doctrine, and other men, in a satanic attempt to secure people to Hell. It's a half truth, and I gave you the Scriptures that tell us to avoid such, along with those that show there will be some in Hell. My sincere prayers for you, and for myself, that God continue me in the Truth, and that I not be deceived. "Thy kingdom come, they will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil."

No one can resist His will (Romans 9:19).

When you think about it..... it really is an awesome revelation.
I guess there are those of us who think we can...... I am certainly not one of them....... are you ?

Each and every one of us, is going to full fill Gods Will for their life, what ever that may be, weather you be somebody he decides to harden against him... or weather you be somebody that he may decide to exalt or bring down.

Gods Will.... will always prevail in every single life.... there are no exceptions.

We know this because.......No one can resist His will (Romans 9:19).

Of what need do I have to refute anything in light of that ?

Peace

PS is there anybody else out there who thinks they will get their way for their life and God will not ?

Razor, AKA Spirit Driven,
YHWH Kills, and YHWH makes Alive... YHWH will have mercy on whom he chooses to have mercy.

We are to trust and obey, not test and tempt.

Proverbs 30:33 Surely the churning of milk brings forth butter, and the wringing of the nose brings forth blood: so the forcing of wrath brings forth strife.

Amen Sister.
There is a reason why the evil was purged from Isreal...

Matthew 4:1 Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 4:2 After he fasted forty days and forty nights he was famished. 4:3 The tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become bread.†4:4 But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’†4:5 Then the devil took him to the holy city, had him stand on the highest point of the temple, 4:6 and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down. For it is written, ‘He will command his angels concerning you’ and ‘with their hands they will lift you up, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’†4:7 Jesus said to him, “Once again it is written: ‘You are not to put the Lord your God to the test.’†4:8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their grandeur. 4:9 And he said to him, “I will give you all these things if you throw yourself to the ground and worship me.†4:10 Then Jesus said to him, “Go away, Satan! For it is written: ‘You are to worship the Lord your God and serv only him.’†4:11 Then the devil left him, and angels came and began ministering to his needs.

See Deuteronomy 6...

I will translate this to show the true impact of his statement.

God is Love and he wants his followers to be loving. Anyone who questions God's perfect love will have to spend a tortuous eternity in hell. Thank you loving God for your great Love towards us.
