The 144,000

I believe the significance of the 144,000 is that they will be the only male Christians alive at the advent of Christ. This conclusion is based on account of the fifth trumpet plague documented in Revelation 9.

Revelation 9
1And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
2And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
3And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

And the only ones with the seal of God in the foreheads are the 144,000.

Revelation 7
1And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
2And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
4And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

Conclusion: The 144,000 will be the only male Christians alive at that time, fore if there were any others, those Christians would also suffer the fifth trumpet plague.

My response: There will be females. The Bible recognizes them as "the daughters of Zion."

Concerning your claim, I have a question; where, as one of the 144,000, is the place-of-safety? During the Great Tribulation, million possibly billions of Christians are going to be martyred during the Anti-Christ's reign. As I understand it, the 144,000 will be protected by God duing that time. So, where do you think the place-of-safety is?

The daughters of Zion are denominations not real woman.

Which 144000 are you talking about ? The Bible tells us of two different groups. Rev 7 and the other 144000 is in Rev 14. Which one are you talking about ?

Isa 4:4 when the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof, by the spirit of justice, and by the spirit of burning.

Isa 3:16 Moreover Jehovah said, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with outstretched necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet;

Son 3:11 Go forth, O ye daughters of Zion, and behold king Solomon, With the crown wherewith his mother hath crowned him In the day of his espousals, And in the day of the gladness of his heart.

When the Great Tribulation begins, million mayby billion of Christians will be martyted with the 144,000 being the only male survivors. If you are one of the 144,000, what differentiates you from the millions maybe billions that are slated to be martyred?

The daughters of Zion are real women. Reread Isaiah 4 and you will realize that this is future prophecy.
