The difference between Peter and William Branham is Peter followed Jesus around being taught by him.
Mr Branham didnt.I myself have little education but I know for a fact that the more one reads scripture ,the better they can read.If Mr Branham had read scripture often then he would have been able to read well.Obviously he didnt read much scripture and that explains his lack of understanding it.[/quote]

no, difference-william branham followed christ also in the form of the Holy ghost around and being taught by him-the author.

that is not a fact, the lord says he hides it from the wise and prudent which is your educated and polished individuals with their seminary or i mean cemetary degrees and reveals it unto babes such as will learn. the reading of scripture blinds most who are not ordained to it.

Peter understood scripture. He quoted it often as did the other apostles.
My Branham on the other hand couldnt understand scripture. One reason is he didnt read it.
He must not had been very interested.I only have a 9th grade education and I read about as good as anyone. Not that I could always read well but the more I read ,the better I got at it.The reason I read the scriptures as much as I had is because I was interested in them.

believe me he did and knew it better than all of us for his ministry is the fulfillment that the apostles spoke of the the Holy Ghost coming and leding and guiding into all truth, revelaing the hidden mysteries of all ages spoken from the mouth of his holy apostles and prophets of the old and new testament.

he wouldn't have around 1200 recorded sermons just from 1946-1965. that doesn't include the time he preached when he was converted in the 1920's and began preaching toward the end of the 20's or beginning of the 30's

Jeremiah 17:5 "Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD."

and in the book of acts it states, behold ye despisers and perish, for I work a work in YOUR days that Ye will in no wise believe though a "MAN" fully declare it unto you!

the difference is just trusting in a man that is not born of God which that is the condition of most of the religious people/preachers, and a man born again and filled with the holy ghost and sent of God.

LOL, WHAT are you two rambling on about? Brothers Johnson and Bad Company? :biglol

Back to the Beatles, folks. :backtotopic

Hehe. How times of changed. I remember when Led Zeppelin was considered “heavy metalâ€Â. Nowadays it’s considered “elevator music†:lol

It's still "heavy metal" to me and I'm going to be sixty years old. Hated that garbage then; hate it now!

I'll keep this short Vic, the Beatles were worshiped like Gods, we all
sat and listened as their Magical Mystery Tour had are attention
waiting for a message in their music to enlighten us. They brought
us eastern gods from India with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi leading
the band and that's the way it was folks in 1966 :yes

Relatively speaking Matt; relatively speaking :lol. It may be heavy metal compared to Amy Grant, but compared to a lot of the craziness out there today that is considered “heavy metalâ€Â, Led Zeppelin is elevator music........relatively speaking :D. As far as the Beatles, some of you are giving four dudes who just wanted to make some money writing catchy tunes way too much credit. To me, viewing them as something more sinister is more akin to idol worship than simply recognizing them for what they are - a few musicians with some talent who happened to get lucky. Similarly; are you afraid of a carved idol that some religion might use for Satan worship? Or do you recognize this wooden idol simply for what it is........just a stick with a face!

I would say "blather" (to put it nicely). A few nights ago (this is true), I had a dream (vision) that I was dressed up as a nun standing on the shore of the sea. About 50 meters out in the water, I watched a self-propelled styrofoam lobster-pot buoy towing an artichoke on a string; and I was terrified. A vision of hell indeed. What did it mean? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I’m not catholic, I’m not a lobsterman, and I’ve never eaten an artichoke!

To put it nicely you sound like a young whipper snapper that needs a good paddling. :naughty
