In the scriptures if you read Revelations 6, 7, and 11:3-6, then you will find the information about the saints and the plagues they cause. You simply need to understand exactly what it says and do not overcomplicate it.
Rev 6 is about Jesus opening the first four seals as John is given visions of the four horseman.

Rev 7 is about the 144,00 and the seal that is put upon them and about the great multitude that are Christ own.

Rev 11:3-6 is about the two witnesses that have nothing to do with the revealing of the four horseman and what each one brings.

Nothing there about the saints and the plagues they cause. The saints do not cause the plagues that the four horseman bring upon the earth.

The 4 angels are holding back the plagues that will destroy the Earth. Those are also the 4 horsemen, but they are called angels in chapter 7 who hold back the plagues until the saints are sealed. The two witnesses are the saints and the plagues they cause are those same plagues that the 4 horsemen bring. It's a sequence of events and Revelations often repeats itself in more detail throughout the books.

So if I am understanding you right, you believe the four horseman are angels?

It's only the 144,000 Jews in Rev 7 that are sealed as all who are Christ own have been sealed since the day of their salvation being indwelled with the Holy Spirit of promise, Ephesians 4:30.

I may be wrong, but It seems you are mixing up bits and pieces from many scriptures trying to make them fit your theology. I apologize if I am wrong about that.

The two witnesses needs to be another thread if you would like to start one in the End Times forum as to not derail this thread taking it off topic.

The four horsemen can only be angels as they act on behalf of the Lord and they certainly are not Gods nor do they release plagues on behalf of the devil. The two witnesses are the saints. These are the two olive branches and the two lamp stands representing Jews and Gentiles. If you want to silence that aspect, then you will not get the truth. Aside from the 144,000 Jews there is a great multitude from every nation that will also be sealed.

The first four seals are various horses with riders of destruction that are revealed to John. This is not Gods wrath poured out as of yet as His fierce wrath begins with the first trumpet sounding after the breaking of the seventh seal that leads through all events of Gods seven trumpet chastisements and seven vial judgments that are warnings to those who have not repented and remain in disobedience to God. During the time of Gods fierce wrath of those who walk in disobedience He still leaves that door of repentance opened up until the time of Christ return when the door of salvation will be closed forever to those who refuse to repent.

The first four horses and their riders are an outline much like Matthew 24 being an outline of all things which must come first before the return of Christ. Each one represents that of a governed enmity that Satan works through that controls worldly domination as being that same corrupt governed system the Pharisees and Scribes held close to as they had much favor from them for they brought the prophets, wise men and scribes before their Counsel to be persecuted and killed as they died a martyr’s death for preaching the Gospel of Christ, Matthew 23:33-39.

Jesus opens the seals and proceeds to reveal their meanings to John. The first four seals are that of four horses and what their riders bring with them. The first is false Christ, second to take peace from the earth, third is famine and the fourth is death and hell as found in the grave. Notice how each one is in succession of the other from first to last as already spoken by Christ in His Olivet disclosure in Matthew 24:4-13 as being the beginning of sorrows. There have always been sorrows, but never on a Global scale that will be seen during the timing of each rider of the four horses.

That simply does not fit the chain of events. Revelations 6 says clearly that "These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will." And these plagues are the same that are brought about by the 4 horsemen who are the 4 angels who hold back the same plagues. All plagues means even the plagues that the horsemen represent. There cannot be mandatory plagues that happen at the same time as the exact same plagues that are caused by the saints each brought by two different groups of four angels. That wouldn't be affective. Clearly Revelations tells the same events and adds more details to each account.

Not Revelations plural. The book is called Revelation, singular.

It is impossible for non-Christians to understand the things of the Spirit of God

1Co 2:14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

I have come to see the Seven Sealed Scroll as a Divine Deed of Destiny. The spiritual conceptualisation is of a legal document that exists to establish the evidence and authority from which various Divine Rights and Judgments proceed. We only become aware of this Seven Sealed Scroll because John is given a vision of it so that we can know what is in it.

The reason for the Horsemen imagery is that horses are known for their stamina. The idea is that this cursed earth is characterised by the relentless impact of conquest, conflict, commodities, and carnage symbolised by the galloping advance of the Four Horsemen who just keep on and on and on.

The seals were opened in order but the metaphorical horsemen have been galloping the earth since antiquity.
