Im gonna bring a book to read while we ride the bus. It takes two hours to get to the clinic, and two back. It takes up a whole day...bleh
The pain (excuse me, The "Pain") seems to stop around midnight, and returns around 6 am the next morning. Since I have insomnia anyways, best to stay up during this time.I noticed you post later at night.
I can sleep through it, but otherwise no, sleep won't affect it per se. With the kind of fibromyalgia I have, if I lie perfectly still, not moving a single muscle, the pain stops. Hard to accomplish anything this way.Can you sleep off the pain when it comes back?
