The Derailing Thread

(My birthday gift from Matt's parents is: They are taking me horseback riding!!! When I found out I was so happy I cried!)

Its difficult to go to bed.
I usually stay up until 3 am, then fall asleep around 4 or so.
Matt has an early appointment tomorrow. I'll be dead tired waking up.
Im gonna bring a book to read while we ride the bus. It takes two hours to get to the clinic, and two back. It takes up a whole day...bleh

Bless you dear sister as you carry such a load of sufferings in Christ Jesus. Of such comes the promise of joint heirship with our Savior. Rom 8:17.

That's about my schedule, too.

Can you sleep off the pain when it comes back?
I can sleep through it, but otherwise no, sleep won't affect it per se. With the kind of fibromyalgia I have, if I lie perfectly still, not moving a single muscle, the pain stops. Hard to accomplish anything this way.
