It looks like an outdoor place (street looks wet). My rather absurd guess was that some helicopter was transporting that thing but lost it.

Well, you do know this is a urinal, which is in men's restrooms. There is a handle on it that, which is actually a tap handle from Bud Light, which is a beer made here in America. Many beer snobs refer to this, and other light beers, as "hillbilly wiz."

Hm, no. Not offended. So that urinal is flushed with beer, that's cool. It seems like saving some time. Instead of filling the beer into the man who will bring it to the toilet you can just leave the man out and pour it right into the toilet. Saves time and resources.
