The True son of Perdition

Yes, true..
But..
Rev.21:12-24
Had a great wall and high, had 12 gates, and at the gates 12 angels, and written therein was the name of the 12 tribes.
East side, 3 gates, north, 3gates, south, 3 gates, west 3 gates.
And the city lieth 4 square, and length is as large as the breadth, measured 12 thousand furlongs, the length, the breadth and height are equal.
A cube, 15 miles deep, 15 miles wide and 15 miles high.
Wall, 144 cubits.
Wall was jasper, the city pure gold.....
And the city had no need of the sun, neither the moon, for the glory of God did lighten it....
Chapter 22:3
And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.

Revelations are of Jesus who gave them to an angel to show John in visions and dreams what the New Jerusalem will symbolically look like as John could only understand with a literal description that is used in Rev Chapter 21. John was shown the beauty and the glory of God and Jesus as they are the temple of the New Jerusalem, not made by hands as it will be the light of their glory that will light up the day and night. There will be no more sorrow, no more pain and no more curse.

Do you believe Jesus will come back and reign a thousand years?
Before the New Jerusalem?
Rev.20:6
Blessed and Holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a 1000 years.
Rev.20:9
Satan was bound, then when the 1000 years were up, he will be loosed, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city, and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
Then the New Jerusalem.
Rev.21:25
And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by days.....
In Ezek. We have the millennium...
Ezek.44:1-2
East gate, it was shut,
This gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it, because the Lord, God, hath entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut...
Ezek.44:15
But the priest, sons of Zadok, (Elect) they shall minister unto Me.
Ezek.44:25
And they shall not come to no dead person, (spiritually) to defile themselves, but for father , or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister that hath had no husband, they may defile themselves.
Back to verse 23 of chapter 44
And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
This will be going on during the millennium......
My belief.....

No I do not believe in a literal 1000 years as Gods timing is not our timing as in days, months and years. Why would Jesus come back to keep us in the air for a 1000 years and let Satan lose for another 1000 years to terrorize the nations. 1000 years in this case is a metaphor, not actual years. It's when Jesus returns, Rev Chapter 19, after that of the seven trumpet and vile judgments that Gods wrath will end and Satan, the beast and the false prophet will be thrown into the lake of fire and then those who will stand in Gods Great White Throne Judgment will join them in the lake of fire. Rev Chapter 20. That of what Ezekiel was describing in chapters 40-44 were visions God gave him Ezekiel 40:1,2.

2Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

To be symbolic, it gives a lot of details.
Measurements, gates and so forth...
Made by God.....not human hands..

I disagree with some of what you said.
1 Thess.4:14
God will bring those whom sleep in Jesus, back with Him.
He is coming here to reign.
They are already in heaven.
We which are alive, will all change unto spiritual bodies and join them ,as Ezek.44.
As in Mark 13:27, gather His Elect from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
His feet will touch the MtOlive.
When He returns, as in the parable of the 10 virgins, the door was shut to the 5 foolish.
Only those who took part in the first resurrection, will reign with Him. (Spiritually)
So those whom never knew the gossip or was deceived, will have a chance, being taught as in Ezek.44:
Then Satan loosed again to try those who did not take part in the first resurrection.
Then God Himself, God head, will come down, White Throne judgment, then New Jerusalem....
I do however agree with the 1000 years.
In 2Peter 3:8
One day is with the Lord as a 1000 years, and a 1000 years as one day.
The Lord's Day.
10, The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens shall pass away, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Evil rudiments.
No more flesh....
All change...

I got the measurements from the Companion Bible.
12,000 furlongs is 1,500 miles.
Search on internet....12,000 furlongs in miles

The precise length of a stadion, which gets translated to furlong, isn't really known. So we are dealing with approximations. What I find interesting is how 12000 is also 12*1000, both of which are symbolically loaded numbers. Then multiplied by an average stadion/furlong we get the approximate distance from Jerusalem to Rome. This means, symbolically at least, the New Jerusalem is large enough to cover/include everything from old Jerusalem to Rome while maintaining the proportions of the Holy of Holies.

Yes, I'm sure it is not known to be exactly, another thing to consider is the reed, which was used for measurement.
It says the reed was 6 cubits, or 3 1/2 English yards.

The Bible never defines just one Antichrist, but says even now there are many, 1 John 2:18. We have to remember that Satan is a created spirit and needs to work through others in order to build his literal kingdom here on earth. This will be a political, economic and a religious power that will sit upon the mount of the congregation in the sides of the north which is Jerusalem and cause the greatest falling away from truth, which is an abomination of desolation unlike any other.

Jesus said those who will endure in the faith of Christ unto the end the same shall be saved. Satan said, I will ascend into heaven; I will exalt my throne above the stars of God (other ruling powers) I will sit also upon the Mount of the Congregation in the sides of the north (Jerusalem). I will ascend above the clouds, I will be like the Most High, Isaiah 14:12-15.

2Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Thessalonians 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

You had mentioned in your post above, "Jesus said those who will endure in the faith of Christ unto the end the same shall be saved."
Endures what?
End of what?
Saved from what?

It is very descriptive in detail, but like the visions and dreams of many before John, like Ezekiel and Daniel that God gave visions and dreams to so is the case in Rev which is pretty much visions of those things which have to come before the return of Christ.

The Disciples who sat with Jesus on the Mt. of Olives in Matthew 24:3 asked Him three questions, when shall these things be, what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? These three questions are now revealed to us as the Spirit of God has revealed them to John who told him to write these revelation visions down and give them to the Church for instruction and understanding. Matthew 24 is an outline of all things that will come to pass that is revealed in full in Revelations before that of Christ return for His Bride. This events are called the great and terrible day of the Lord.

There was a question asked in Revelation 6:17 about the great day of His wrath is come and who shall be able to stand? Part of this question is answered in Nahum Chapter One for one example as there are many scriptures detailing Gods great vengeance against His enemies and His mercy on those who are called by His name having the seal of God on them, Ephesians 4:30. Matthew 24 gives us an outline and Revelations gives us the meaning of the outline.

The spirit of Jezebel runs rampant throughout the land spreading lies from the pulpit that seem pleasing to the ears as many would rather believe their Pastor instead of searching and Spiritually discern what they are being taught, Matthew 7: 21-23, John 3-3-7; Acts 19:1-6; Romans 10:9, 10; 1 John 4:1-6.

The first four seals are the beginning of sorrows described in Matthew 24:4-26 before that of Christ return. There are three woes to come after the beginning of sorrows. The first woe is found in Rev Chapter 8-9 with the first six trumpets. The second woe is that of the two witnesses in Rev Chapter 11:1-14 as the preaching of Gods word has come to an end as the time of the Gentiles has been fulfilled in the last person repenting and turning back to God. The third woe begins with the seventh trumpet in Rev 11:15 and it comes quickly.

By studying all the scriptures below in Revelations I come to the conclusion we will see much tribulation, but not to fear what must come, but stand strong in the Holy Place, which is the faith of Christ Jesus so we can endure until the coming of the Lord and be His witnesses as a faithful servant.

Act 14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God

Mat 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Rev 3:5; 19:8 Jesus is showing us to look for the signs of his coming

Rev 5:13; 6:16,17 On earth and under the earth are those who are still here until the end of days

Rev 6:9-11 Note where John says fellow servants and brethren that should be killed as they were and we are in the midst of the seven seals right now heading towards the seven trumpets

Rev 7:13-17 Which came out of great tribulation; fulfillment of the gentiles

Rev 8:13 Three woes are war, earthquakes, and meteors

Rev 13:11-18 Here John is showing us about Papal Rome ruling the world again as a one world government. 666 represents action of the hands and thoughts of the mind

Rev 14:14-20 The harvest of Gods Children

Rev 16:11,15 And they repented not. We can only repent through Gods Spirit and if that Spirit dwells in the hearts of the believers then who would be left for anyone to repent if they wanted to if we were already gone

Rev 18:23, 24 We have now come out of great tribulation of Papal Rome’s rule (not Catholics). This is Gods rapture of his bride or as scripture calls it being caught up to meet Jesus in the air

Rev 19:7,8 We have made ourselves ready by enduring great tribulations, even to death; we had to go through before the end of days

Rev 20:4-6 These verses show that we went through much annihilation and endured until Jesus came back in the clouds for us

Rev 20:12-15 The Great White Throne judgment and Jesus judgment for the works we did or did not do for him here on earth

Thank you for caring and taking the time to answer all that.
It is one of my weaknesses when I walk away from these types of questions.
I don't mean to be rude, I just have a hard time concentrating on these types of issues.

No, you weren't rude by any means. Revelations is a deep study with so much cross referencing between OT, NT and history of events. Actually I am writing a book on Revelations that I probably will never afford to get published and if I do ever get it done God said His word is freely given so I will give it away for free. I'm just starting Rev Chapter 17 and need to take some time away from here to finish working on it, but can't seem to draw away from here for now. Been working on it for a year now................lots of studying and separating myself from what others have taught.
