God is the one who gives life and takes it away.

God can execute punishment on a nation (9/11). As suicide bombers you are doing the Will of God! Dont question just kill in the name of the Lord. The children who have yet done neither good nor evil are in God's hands. We can rest assured that God will do right. So if any infants get blown up in the towers it is God's will!!!!
