These verses PROVE God endorses abortions!

Children can live independant of someone elses body functions. FULLY people. This simply isn't the case with a fetus in the early stages of pregnancy.

Sorry I misread what Kat said; I thought he was endorsing what I said with an analogy. Sorry for the mixup. And no I don't support abortion nor do I believe that God does. Just read my first post in this thread.

That is a lame argument.

A six month old baby is independent? I have raised 5 children and have 6 grandchildren.

Are you thinking this through? :o

Also a baby is not independent at any stage of the pregnancy...

According to God's word a child is a child in the mother's womb.

Luke 1:15 For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.

This is what God commands.

Psalm 82:3-4 Defend the weak and the fatherless; maintain rights for the poor and oppressed; rescue the weak and needy, delivering them from the hand of wicked persons.

Proverbs 24:11-12. Rescue those being led to death and slaughter. If you claim ignorance of their deaths, God will know, and He will repay each person for what he or she has or has not done to help those in need.

Proverbs 31:8-9. Speak for those who cannot speak for themselves, defend those who cannot defend themselves, and plead the cause of those in need.

Isaiah 5:20. Woe to those who call evil good, or good evil; and those who put darkness for light, or light for darkness.
 
You want to see how horrible abortion is, I have had this link on my site for almost 2 years. Do you think Jesus wants his babies killed like this, there is nothing anyone of you can say to justify this. So you should not even try.

(1) there is no destruction of real human life - no problem

(2) they go to heaven - no problem

(3) God sends them to hell for all eternity - if you think that is a problem then take it up with your God.
 
Much of anti-abortion propaganda gives the impression that abortions are typically carried out in the second or third trimesters, when in fact the majority are performed in the first.

I hate seeing knee surgery. It is very gross and makes me queasy. So seeing something gross is not a good indicator of morality.

God ordered pregnant women killed. This killed their unborn babies as well. Orders like Hosea 13:15-16, "I will have no compassion...the people of Samaria...will fall by the sword; their little ones will be dashed to the ground; their pregnant women ripped open" show that God places little value on the life of a fetus.

If Jesus is God then likewise, Jesus has little value for a fetus as well.

Let me tell you people something, God can do what He wants to do. If he orders a killing, He orders a killing. Who are we to do this to his babies ?
And I am tired of hearing that crap about, well abort the baby early, and there will be nothing to it. Oh thou earthly fools, you have no right to take God's babies life without His permission. When abortion clinics get blown to bits, it makes me a happy man. These babies cannot fight for themselves. And these cowards have no problem killing them. And back to when God orders killings, He has a right to do it. He has godly reasons for it, but your finite minds can't comprehend that. His ways are not our ways says Isaiah 55. The things that God does, can be appalling to a mere human, because within himself he lacks understanding.

That is irrelevant. It makes no difference when the abortion occurs, it's just wrong.

One problem is that the mother was also killed and the rest of the family. Yes this is a command to destroy a whole people and it is a just judgement. It is not singling out an inconvienience , it is eliminating wickedness at the root.

Kat, what are you talking about, and that site is not misleading, at all. And what is irrelevant ? And Soma-Sight what are you talking about, There was no such thing back then as a white baby or black baby,people did not have that crap, Jesus see's us all as one people, there is no such thing is race. Now back to the main subject, some of you seem to be ok with abortion, do I have this right ? And I am going to post that site again. :x
