Hi Biblem and thank you for such insight into truth. It is challenging living in a secular world, but praise be to God we are no longer of this world and set our minds on heavenly things that are Spiritual and not worldly.
Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
Col 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Col 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
Col 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

I read your article and thought it was good.
I think what happens with many is they find Christian fellowship and enjoy it, but end up basing most of their Christianity on that, and if things fall through their faith falls through, because whether they realized it or not it was built upon the wrong thing.
Having a strong relationship with the Lord Himself has to be the basis and foundation of our faith for it to last, so I think the first two things mentioned in your article are the most important by far.
