While I was food shopping yesterday I said let me get my turkey now, so picked out a 15 pound turkey this time instead of my normal 18 to 22 pound turkeys. Thanksgiving is the 27th this year, so I am ready.

Has everybody else stopped cooking on this board, or do you need good ole Lewis to cook you a down home southern meal ?

I'll probably be making turkey lasagna tonight, but if you want to come over and make southern fried chicken, I certainly wouldn't mind.

We have had cheese burgers and potato salad for a couple days...
cinnamon cookies some rolled in walnuts some not...

There are no regular boat trips, but if you want to find inexpensive plane trips to Iceland, you could check out Expedia or Momondo. You might be able to get better deals if you change the dates. I chose the dates so that you could come and cook dinner for me next Tuesday.

We slice the zucc's long wise, dip in a egg-milk bath and then into Panko crumbs seasoned with Italian seasoning, heat oil in a cast iron skillet and fry them like potatoes, umm, umm, good!

Not only good, but everything is cooked on the Weber, doesn't heat up the house and the grease splatters are contained in the BBQ (which makes my bride happy).

We have more Zucchini recipes, love the stuff, Zucchini bread, Zucchini bites, Zucchini Dauphine (French speciality here), and just plain ole zucchini sliced, lightly wiped with olive oil, seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning and grilled on the Weber, ...you can take me out of California, but you can't take the BBQ out of me! LOL
