Ha, my wife says it's Mt Routui on the island of Moorea and those are the over-water bungalows of the Club Bali Hi, :oops2

Kathi can you help me out, it that is true then my apartment was about 100 yards to the right in the photo, ...I must be getting old!

I truly do not know where your apartment is.But I know that there are some places in Tahiti and Bora Bora that are beautiful.

LOL What I'm asking is if you can tell me where the photo you posted was taken, my wife says it is just across the bay from the apartment we lived in, I say it's Bora Bora and she says it Moorea, I'm starting to believe she is correct.........,

Prime rib tonight., bakers ,,, carrots glazed with real maple syrup steamed to almost done broccoli ... Chocolate cake with peanut butter cream cheese frosting...

Last night was carne asada tacos with Spanish rice, the last of our corn tortilla stash, stopped by the only store in town that sells them and found corn tortillas we in the freezer, bought a dozen bags, so we'll be having carne asada tacos with Spanish rice again tonight.
 
Well since I am watching the Superbowl alone, I might as well polish off 54 bottles of Madeira, 60 bottles of claret, eight of whiskey, 22 of porter, eight of hard cider, 12 of beer and seven bowls of alcoholic punch. Shouldn't take me more than 2 and a half hours, tops

I prepped the marinade and placed the flank steak cut into 1" strips to marinate in a bowl, left it on the counter for a couple of hours, our niece came home and thought it was for the cats.

Tonight it will be carne asada tacos
 
Milkshakes and orange walnut cookies ... and for sure prime rib sandwiches .
Butter the rolls grill them up toasty ... dip the meat in the juice and smile....

Oh man......., (insert emoticon where man falls over dead)

I saw some Patty Melts on rye bread on a BBQ site where I lurk that made me drool, they're going into the rotation for this week, ...making the rye bread now.
 
I purchased a box of spare ribs and boy I can't wait will cook them Sunday with all the trimmings :confused2
 
I couldn't wait, those spare ribs were calling my name, so I am cooking them today and tomorrow Sunday it will be leftovers.
