What are you good at?

I don't think I'm good at anything, because I give up when things get hard. So I don't stick with something long enough to get good at it.
I always fantasize about being the very best at everything and being loved and admired by everyone. But the reality is so different that I don't even try to get good at anything.

I'm good a t a lot of stuff, or at least interested in it.

Probably I'm obsessed with time: everyone here knows about my sundial interests (also astronomy and spherical trigonometry).

I'm not bad at pendulum clocks, either. I let one run for a day, I see what the error is, then calculate the change in length of the pendulum. Lately I adjusted two clocks that way and hit it pretty well on using one adjustment. I guess it's a knack, and not that difficult if one understands just a little theory. :lol

Apart from your daily official work, what are you good at? At your leisure what do you do, your hobby?

I am a very good cook and can bake well too....but my hobbies are crocheting, embroidery, reading and gardening.
