Strengthening families through biblical principles.
Focus on the Family addresses the use of biblical principles in parenting and marriage to strengthen the family.

“Whether it’s a recovered addict looking back on that which once controlled him or a person simply reflecting on something lost or nearly lost, the song is about those issues that make up the chemistry of who you are, you've overcome it and it’s no longer a part of your life, but if you hadn’t gone through it, you wouldn’t be who you are today.”~Jasen Rauch.
What do you think of Never Be the Same? I found a quote by one of band members, and according to that quote it's not necessarily about God. But I think it could be about a relationship with God, too.
Here's the quote:
Hm, guess so. Not all of their songs are going to necessarily be directly Christian. Not all of Skillet's music is, either.
Yeah, pretty much.questdriven:
I see. Anyway, do you agree with my observations about Never be the Same? and Who are We?
Blessings.
Yeah, pretty much.
Sigh, l used to be able to play the Bells of Moscow on the piano but that was 50 years ago.I was just listening to Sergei Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Minor. I love Adagio Sostenuto.

Sometimes it feels like I'm watching from the outside
Sometimes it feels like I'm breathing but am I alive
I will keep searching for answers that aren't here to find
All I know is I'm not home yet
This is not where I belong
Take this world and give me Jesus
This is not where I belong
So when the walls come falling down on me
And when I'm lost in the current of a raging sea
I have this blessed assurance holding me.
All I know is I'm not home yet
This is not where I belong
Take this world and give me Jesus
This is not where I belong
When the earth shakes I wanna be found in You
When the lights fade I wanna be found in You
All I know is I'm not home yet
This is not where I belong
Take this world and give me Jesus
This is not where I belong
[x2]
Where I belong, where I belong
Where I belong, where I belong

More anime music. This one from the credits of an anime called Clannad. Which I haven't watched yet, but I've watched all of Clannad After Story. One of the "edgier" animes I've watched so far--though what you see here would suggest the opposite. Still a really sweet story, though...has some really sad parts.
I find music in other languages like this interesting. Right now Japanese culture seems especially fascinating.

Now I am listening to the opening from Clannad.
I don't know anything about them. Just the anime.questdriven:
There's also Clannad, the Celtic group, right?
Blessings.
I don't know anything about them. Just the anime.
Not all of the songs are like that one, but it does sound nice. The opening has a different sort of sound.
I've never heard hard rock in an anime, though. xD(At least not so far. I haven't been into anime for all that long.) That'd be interesting.
