I dont get angry, instead i get even. Haha, just kidding
When I get angry, I generally stop talking, and reduce the number of words I use. I refrain from driving the conversation to quietly listening, trying to see things through the eyes of others.
Jesus got mad, and in his anger, he told a man with a shriveled hand to stretch it out, which enraged some around him. The point being, he used his anger to heal a man.
I don't always succeed, but I try to use my anger to make things better, and I'm learning to speak truth in love, because when we speak truth without love, it's just the clanging of post and pans.
