Ok firstly you said I'm sorry if you feel toward me, you do not need to feel angry at me. The reason why am angry at you is because I feel you are wrong .
You have not asked my why I feel angry, the reason I feel angry is because you have dissed genuine loving people who have been baptised and in doing so the words said as they were baptised "I baptise you in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit"
To you that is false baptism and they need to be re-baptised and unless they are they are not saved.
Ok I apologise for my expression of anger and yes I agree maybe I should have approached it better.
Did you read the passages I posted?What ever you say.
I could quote as many bible verses back at you from my stance.
Either way you are a false teacher or I am.
Truth is we will both stand before Jesus and our works will be tested
Oh!Cause it is
To me that is the truth.Jesus will never turn away anyone who seeks him baptised or not.
Nope I didn't, already know what they are.Did you read the passages I posted?
Not really, I was just saying baptism, water baptism does not saveOh!
THAT's profound.
I'm a scripture based believer.Is you a works based salvation believer?
So am I, I am not the fool you believe I am.I'm a scripture based believer.
I believe the scripture is the word of God.
I believe Jesus meant what he said when He said:
“If you love Me, keep My commandments." (Jhn 14:15)
I believe Jesus meant what he said when He said:
… the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth—
those who have done good, to the resurrection of life,
and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation. (John 5:28-29 NKJV)
I believe that Paul was correct when he said:
(God) will render to each one according to his deeds;
eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality;
but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil,
of the Jew first and also of the Greek;
but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good,
to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
(Ro 2:6-10 NKJV)
How about you?
Have you read those scriptures?
Do you believe them?
iakov the fool
Neither does refusing to obey Jesus save.Not really, I was just saying baptism, water baptism does not save
IF you know then why do you refute them?Nope I didn't, already know what they are.
I have been baptised because I love Jesus, I also want to be like Jesus. Not because if I do then I will be saved but because I am saved and want to be like him.Neither does refusing to obey Jesus save.
Jesus said to be baptized.
Do you have a problem with obeying Jesus?
I don't refute them you seem to say that you need to be baptised to be saved. That is what I refute.IF you know then why do you refute them?
I don't get it.
Jesus commanded baptism for all believers.I don't refute them you seem to say that you need to be baptised to be saved. That is what I refute.
Maybe I have not understood. If so please correct me
Then you need to explain why Jesus was mistaken when he said to baptize in the NAME of the Father AND of the Son AND of the Holy Spirit.Jesus is the gate, he is the only way to recieve the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. You cannot recieve the Holy Spirit being baptised into the Father, or recieve the Son being baptised in the Holy Spirit, but the only way is to be baptised in the Son.
Hey, when all has been said and done, both titles, "In Jesus' Name" or "In the Name of the Father, Son & Holy Ghost will Scripturally Baptize any individual by immersion. To pick either one as the only Scriptural method is simply wrong and very prideful. This statement by Dan is extremely offensive, and I fear dangerous spiritually....
How about obeying what Jesus said to do?now either or baptism is ok. In Jesus or the Father the Son and the Spirit.
