What Would Jesus Eat

And I don't eat fresh water fish, only salt water fish. I don't trust fresh water fish.

Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

TAKE THAT DOMINION!!

If you really want to be Biblical; You should cook your fish over a fire of coals, on the beach.

Jhn 21:9-13 As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread. Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught. Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken. Jesus saith unto them, Come [and] dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord. Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.

Aren't you glad that Jesus likes to party?

:-D
Nope I mean I have eaten fresh water fish, and if I have to I will. But it is not my first choice but it is my last choice. But river fish can be safer than lake fish.
Because rivers run, lakes don't have a run off. So stuff stays in them. Salt water fish is best. But after that it is river fish and lake is last.

Well ladies and gents I have just purchased some live crabs, and I am boiling the water as I type.

ewwwww! :smt118

I sure hope they are not out of the Gulf. All that Red Tide last year, and a new outbreak happening now.
Be sure and ask the Lord to bless it. I tried that with a ham sandwich once. I came under a conviction that began my journery into kosherness.

Whatttt? A ham sandwich instead of a corned beef on rye??
Question-which is prettier, a cow or a pig?

Colonel Potter on MASH once said that we do cows and pigs a favor by eating them because they are ugly. (he was comparing them to horses)

And finally- Aren't crabs, lobsters, and shrimp considered unkosher, too? I thought they were.

I am done rambling. 8-) :-D

A- MOOOOO!

Um, people eat horses too. :o

Yes, they are considered unclean foods. Kosher includes being blessed by a Rabbi. Clean and unclean foods simply refer to God's' dietary do's and don't's in Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14.

Yep. Scavengers one and all. They clean up the ~~~ on the bottom of the ocean floor.
Anyone know an acceptable Biblical word for ~~~I will be happy to edit the post :D .

ChristineES, Never get done rambling. I learn a lot from other people thinking out loud.

Now i'm thinking Jesus would eat at Seven Eleven every night, and preach to the Indian or Arab who is working the nightshift.

I am telling you guys and gals. Jesus would be eating tacos at the taco truck in Pasadena or Mexican food at El Tepeyac in ELA.
Yep that is where he will be. :-D

I don't know, Seven Elevens prices are really good in my opinion...
Jesus could afford a Slurpee, a big bite, and a medium coke, yet he'd still have enough money to buy a Milky Way bar when he's done with that.

Plus Mexican food is spicy, which is a sin in the DN version of the bible :)
