I love Gabby's advice on foods. She has her biblical values correct. Besides, she does not fall for the medical establishment's error that "salt is bad".

I salt my foods. Let's see, I must admit I don't always watch all of my diet as I tend to gain weight (hey, I'm human and don't always resist temptation). Nevertheless, with the herbs I take, my BP was 110/70 the other morning. Not bad for almost a 50-year-old who salts his food and is somewhat fat. I guess that blows that theory that "salt is bad" to you-know-where.
