Yeah Jason, I have a very large collection of rock, metal, gospel, R&B, funk, fusion, I even have the The Three Tenors.

Not in my CD player but just today I downloaded Manic Drive's Music off their relatively new CD and Thousand Foot Krutch's Fire it Up and Bring Me to Life off their brand new CD. Music is really good--a very catchy tune. Check it out here:

Just a heads up that Pillar has a new CD coming out Sept 22, iirc. Not a big fan of their old stuff but this one is supposed to be quite different.

I've got Stadium Arcadium by RHCP in my cd player atm. :thumbsup

Looking forward to checking out the new Pillar album! :)

What's in your cd player right now?

I'm an Ipod person. Gave up cd players long ago. The current selected song on my Ipod is: The Truth - by Nonpoint :D

What gives you inspiration, hope or strength?

Angry music helps me resist and fight my depression with violent energy. I relate well to bands like Demon Hunter and Nonpoint (My two absolute favorites) which are both heavy metal bands with a lot of power and passion to their lyrics and sound. I love head banging :yes

What does your music say about you?

It says that I am a very hurt, angry person with a lot of passion and hunger, with a powerful destiny whether it be for good or not.

Mercy Me's "Coming Up To Breathe". I have "Where I Belong" on repeat! I love that song 8-)

:gah I do not like MercyMe. Sounds like a dang country singer.

Led Zeppelin, Stairway to Heaven! BACKWARDS!

(I'm just kidding. The regular Stairway to Heaven)

I have an ipod and docking station and i've got a few christian worship songs. I listen to Mercy Me's 'Here with Me' alot. It's so beautiful.

I'm currently switching between Seventh Avenue, (A Swedish Christian Power Metal band) and the W's (a Christian silly ska group, much like Five iron frenzy, or the Insyderz, who broke up years ago :sad )

Right now I have Mercy Me's All That is Within Me playing. But I usually have a Casting Crowns CD going, any one of their four albums (Casting Crowns, Lifesong, The Altar and the Door, or Peace on Earth). Looking forward to Until the Whole World Hears in November right after my birthday! :)

Rebecca Saint James, "Transform"

Listening to Rebecca Saint James, "Transform," for the second time around this morning before we leave for Sunday School.
