we know beyond a shadow of doubt that Christ can take the Church out at any time..

we have 3 views as per period of events it will happen

pre trib before the great tribulation

mid trib middle of it 3 1/2 years

tribulation the end of 7 years

this post is NOT bout your personal view

at the Church i pastor we are studying Rev on friday night . as we hit rev 4 most feel the Church is no longer here. so last night we looked at the 3 views pre mid or trib . a question was asked is it that important for any of these views as it will take place exactly like God intends for it to. which holds a lot of truth i m p o it is good to study and have a view of when . so often it creates a back draft of argument .

so to you does it really matter ? please No band wagon jumping promoting and of the 3 views.. a yes or no with a simple explanation . we will see how far this goes or even if it does...

How about those that are skeptical of any trib .I myself am unsure ,the didache , certainly not scripture mentions only the man of sin ,no trib at all.

I find that interesting given how close that it is to John the apostle .

Well it's got problems .

No man knows the hour .

1260 days ..from the time he comes .you do now ,that and well the church will be there as God uses men to save .
Faith coming by the hearing of the word .

The two witnesses preach the cross .they die ,one earth quake and many repent .I don't quite get the remove a church to start another .

If this post is not about personal views, how come you are making it a vote on personal views. And make no mistake, this is your personal view. Anyone who answers is giving their personal view. Everyone who votes is making a personal choice. That is all I said. Why do you think the gun to the head is an argument? Just admit everyone is making a personal choice and the injunction for no one to make a personal choice makes no sense at all. There is no NOT making a personal choice.

I don't think so. What you have done is say that what you say is not personal opinion but knowledge and others are not supposed to post anything but knowledge, not private opinion. What you do in this is you are not seeing the difference between personal opinion and knowledge. It is actually a major reason why people act as they do when confronted with different views. They think they KNOW but others just have a personal opinion. This is not a small item as you think it is. It is a point of pride on one's thinking elevating it beyond the description of "personal view."

But I have given my reason and will leave it for now. Words really do matter and when one requires others to avoid personal opinion while asking for personal opinions, there is a flaw in the thinking.

any one is welcome to reply to the question.. dorthy tripped out on not really sure personally i thought it was good question does it matter if we believe pre mid or trib coming of Christ? if some one wants to reply great if not ill let it die

Yes I believe it matters a lot because we wouldn't want to be caught off guard thinking we had more time.

That said, I suppose the more purity of heart a person has and the more they are walking by the Spirit the less it means for them because I and my Lord are one,

Only one way to do that I've found! Pray unceasingly, just like He says.

Luther and rightly so thought the pope was the ac .he acted like that .

Yet it wasnt the case of the return . My church will go into the whole Bible but it's not gonna have a Schofield bias.

i agree i guess my thoughts is even thought we say pre trib not to many mid trib and those who say after tribulation even though i can not agree with that. its going to happen in His time

I started out being pre trib. Then I went to mid trib. Then I was after the trib for awhile. Now, I am solidly pretrib again because...it's all in scripture. There are two comings, One is when He comes to take His Bride. He comes as a thief in the night, by surprise and then everyeye will see Him and the people going up. We meet Him in the air.

At the 2nd coming He comes to the ground and again every eye will see Him. After digesting those scriptures by myself it became clear to me. If you think about it, Jesus coming for His Bride...loves the Bride so much that there is no way that He could let the Bride go through the tribulation. That's not the Lord I know.

Ok Honey, first I'm going to beat the tar out of you and then we'll go to dinner...?! NOT!

He gets the Bride pretrib, then we go off to the Marriage supper of the Lamb while the tribulation is taking place on earth, then we return with Him at the 2nd coming. The Saints come with Him.

Yes, pre trib. It could happen tonight. (Doctrine of Immenincy). Personally, I feel like the rapture will happen with two years from now. (I could be wrong)
